Meet Hettie

Hettie Spooner began her real estate career in 1995 and is now a Broker/Owner of Hill Spooner & Elliott, Inc., a boutique real estate firm in Tallahassee, FL. Her finance background allows her to offer advice to her clients on investments and financial options. From lending to loan processing to working with title companies and other related businesses, Hettie knows what goes into buying and selling a home. It is a major financial undertaking, and applying her skill, care, and diligence to every client, seems to make the process painless and enjoyable.

Hettie is an active member of the Tallahassee Board of REALTORS® where in the past she has served on numerous committees. She is a founding member of two Tallahassee Top Producer Councils and a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. She received her Certified Residential Specialist designation (C.R.S) in 2007, a designation that only 1% of real estate agents nationwide receive. Hettie also has earned her Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ designation.
